About Me

I am an Advocate practising in Bangalore since 1998, specialising in family law, particularly divorce cases and family disputes that require legal action and representation in court. My practice includes divorce, child custody and guardianship, maintenance and alimony, domestic violence, matrimonial property disputes, and related civil and criminal cases.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and have completed postgraduate studies in psychology. I am also certified in negotiation, mediation, family counselling, life skills coaching and conflict resolution. These qualifications complement my legal practice and understanding of family disputes.

Family disputes can involve children, finances, property and relationships, and often require careful legal assessment and preparation. I examine the facts, documents and evidence, advise on the legal options available, and prepare and represent cases in court where legal action is necessary.

Not every dispute should be fought, and not every dispute should be settled. The appropriate course depends on the circumstances. My aim is to understand what is happening, what the law provides and what the situation requires, and to help clients take the appropriate legal course.
